Main Loop Systems was founded by Tom in Cleveland, OH with a simple idea: the same AI tools transforming big companies should be working for the small businesses that keep this country running.
Before starting Main Loop, Tom spent years in operations and technology — seeing firsthand how much time and money gets wasted when systems don't work together. Dispatchers re-entering the same data three times. Sales teams losing track of follow-ups. Owners spending Sunday nights on spreadsheets instead of with their families.
We're not a big agency. We're a small, focused team that works directly with business owners to find what's broken, build what's needed, and get out of the way. No jargon, no six-month timelines, no bloated retainers.
